Create the pet intake
Log the pet name, clinic, cremation type, and intake photo from your phone during pickup. A tracking ID and QR label PDF are generated immediately.
Update custody status
Advance the case through Intake, Processing, Completed, and Returned. Each step records the operator name and exact timestamp. No editing, no gaps.
Generate the certificate
When the case is completed, generate the cremation certificate PDF in one click. It includes the pet's photo, cremation details, and a custom memorial phrase.
Share the clinic status link
Each clinic partner gets a secure, read-only status link. They check it themselves whenever they want. The calls asking for updates stop.
