Refund Policy

1. First-time customer guarantee

PetCremLog is operated by AustroSystems.

PetCremLog offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers on the first subscription payment.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the account email within 14 days of the first payment. Include the account email and a short reason for the request.

2. Processing

PetCremLog reviews eligible refund requests. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. Timing may depend on the payment provider, the payment method, and the customer's bank or card issuer.

Checkout and payment-provider terms may also apply where applicable.

3. Cancellations

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the paid billing period after cancellation.

After the 14-day first-payment window, subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by PetCremLog.

4. Launch Price

The Launch Price is tied to a continuous active subscription. If you cancel and later subscribe again, then-current pricing applies.
