Refund Policy

1. Refund requests

Before subscribing, you can use the 7-day free trial to evaluate PetCremLog with no credit card required.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or have an exceptional circumstance, email [email protected] from the account email. Include the account email and a short explanation of the request.

2. Processing

PetCremLog reviews refund requests individually. Approved refunds are processed through Creem, PetCremLog's Merchant of Record. Timing may depend on Creem, the payment method, and the customer's bank or card issuer.

Checkout and payment-provider terms may also apply where applicable.

3. Cancellations

There is no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, access continues through the paid billing period after cancellation.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made. If you subscribe again later, the price available at that time will apply.
