PetCremLog Launch Price is $79 per month with a 14-day money-back guarantee for the first subscription payment.

To request a refund, email [email protected] from the account email within 14 days of the first payment. Include the account email and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Timing depends on Paddle and the payment method.

After the 14-day first-payment window, subscription fees are not refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by AUSTRO SYSTEMS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA.

You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically delete operational records.
