PetCremLog is operated by AUSTRO SYSTEMS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA ("AustroSystems", "we", "us", or "our"). Contact: [email protected].

We process account data such as email address, login sessions, crematory settings, clinic records, pet records, custody events, uploaded images, generated PDFs and billing status.

We use this data to provide the service, authenticate users, generate records, protect the product, handle support, and maintain subscription access.

Paddle processes checkout, payment, tax, receipt and subscription invoice data as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect payment and buyer details directly during checkout.

Operational files are stored privately using Cloudflare R2 through Active Storage. Access is routed through the application or short-lived storage URLs.

We do not sell operational data. We may share limited data with infrastructure, email, storage, security and payment providers when needed to run the service.

You may request export, correction or deletion assistance by contacting support. Some operational records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, dispute or legal reasons.

We use reasonable technical safeguards, including filtered parameters, private storage and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
