Terms of Service

PetCremLog is operated by AUSTRO SYSTEMS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA ("AustroSystems", "we", "us", or "our").

PetCremLog is provided for business use by pet crematories. You are responsible for the accuracy of records entered by your users and for deciding how PetCremLog fits your operational and legal obligations.

Subscription checkout, payment collection, taxes charged at checkout, receipts and subscription invoices are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. PetCremLog does not issue separate subscription invoices.

You may not use the service to upload unlawful content, malware, credentials, or data that you do not have authority to process. Operational uploads are private and may be removed if they create security, abuse, or legal risk.

Custody events are intentionally append-only in the product UI. You are responsible for training staff before recording operational events.

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AUSTRO SYSTEMS DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE NAO CUSTOMIZAVEL LTDA is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase operational records.

Fair Use. PetCremLog is designed for small to medium pet crematory operations. While the Launch Price plan does not include per-pet charges, we reserve the right to contact customers whose usage substantially exceeds typical small crematory volume, including more than 1,000 pet cases per month sustained over 3 or more months, to discuss whether a different arrangement would be appropriate. We will never apply surprise charges without written notice and customer agreement. This clause does not allow PetCremLog to apply automatic usage fees.
