1. Service

PetCremLog is operated by AustroSystems.

PetCremLog is operational chain-of-custody tracking software for small pet cremation and aquamation providers. It helps create and manage records such as case records, certificates, labels, custody events, and status links.

PetCremLog is provided for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of records entered by your users and for deciding how PetCremLog fits your operational, regulatory, and legal obligations.

2. Recordkeeping and compliance

PetCremLog provides tools for recordkeeping. It is not legal compliance software, does not certify compliance with state or local rules, and does not replace legal, regulatory, accounting, or professional advice.

Custody events are intentionally append-only in the product UI. You are responsible for training staff before recording operational events.

You are responsible for training staff, reviewing records, correcting operational processes, and consulting the rules that apply to your business.

3. Account use

You may not use PetCremLog for unlawful purposes, abusive activity, attempts to access another account, attempts to disrupt the service, or uploads that you do not have authority to process.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity performed by users in your account.

4. Billing

Subscription checkout, payment collection, tax handling, receipts, and subscription payment records may be handled by Paddle or another payment provider as Merchant of Record. PetCremLog does not store full card details.

Pricing, renewals, refunds, taxes, and payment processing may also be governed by checkout or payment-provider terms shown during purchase.

5. Suspension and cancellation

Access may be suspended for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically delete operational records. After cancellation, your account remains accessible until the end of the paid term. Account data is retained for 90 days after paid access ends and may then be permanently deleted. You can export your data and delete your account directly in the app from Settings, not by email request.

The Launch Price is tied to a continuous active subscription. If you cancel and later subscribe again, then-current pricing may apply.

6. Fair Use

PetCremLog is designed for small to medium pet aftercare operations. While the Launch Price plan does not include per-pet charges, PetCremLog may contact customers whose usage substantially exceeds typical small-provider volume, including more than 1,000 pet cases per month sustained over 3 or more months, to discuss whether a different arrangement is appropriate. PetCremLog will not apply surprise usage charges without written notice and customer agreement. This clause does not allow automatic usage fees.

7. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. PetCremLog may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service over time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, PetCremLog is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
